To get the ornaments for Outbreak Perfected, head over to Eververse and check out the “Memory of the Plague Bundle” which contains the Pandemic ornament , and the “Exfiltration Bundle” which contains the Patient Zero ornament. They bundles cost 700 silver each, and come with 150 bright dust and a transmat effect.
